for a moment, she shuffles behind her partner, feeling a shiver run down her spine at the sheer intensity of her boss. even when eileen was joking around, sometimes the poor girl couldn’t tell whether or not she really was in any danger. but, that was just another reason to be in awe of the woman. only SHE could make someone terrified over a mere joke.
