gajeel was a dear friend of hers … one that she would never wish to forget, or have not met, but she knew were he given the same option, he would immediately choose never going to phantom lord. 

phantom lord was the guild that ruined her completely. ( but it was also the guild that introduced her to gray ). she always hoped that, if in an alternate universe she never encountered phantom lord, she would still meet fairy tail at some point in her life. but even that chance was slim. the good to the bad with phantom lord were very unbalanced. for every good thing that came out of phantom lord, there were five bad things to follow it. for that, it was impossible to justify choosing phantom lord in any scenario ( unless the scenario were ‘which guild would you destroy without batting an eye’. and then in that case, phantom lord would be a justifiable choice ).

         ‘ juvia knows phantom lord brought her to fairy tail, but she would rather still be known as the rain woman if it meant she had never joined phantom lord.‘
